Nick’s Story:
Nick Bell, 31 yrs: I founded Web Marketing Experts in May 2008 and wanted to offer something different to the Australian market. I wanted a partnership with my clients rather than a business deal, and had a vision of creating a complete online offering. My vision was delivering exceptional results to clients, and a page 1 ranking for their business.
WME has since grown exponentially, and has double since February 2012. Through this growth, I have opened offices in Los Angeles, Vietnam and Singapore, and also founded an I.T. Support business, Social Media Consultancy, and a Mobile Application Development business.
I always aim to hire like minded people in my team, and will personally advise on each client the best optimisation strategy, and working in recruitment in my early years has certainly helped when knowing what to look for when hiring. I

The company holds 1600+ clients globally and is growing daily, with recent appointments of MTV and Toni & Guy. Q6: How has your definition of success evolved?
Success for me now means client satisfaction. Getting my clients to page 1 is the reason I come to work everyday. Stop running behind success and steer towards passion, success will surely always follow.

The spirit from my team leaves me inspired everyday, it is from them I am able to look at situations from more than one angle.

Bright, dynamic, hard working and persevering, the last being the most important trait to get where you want to be.
Q9: If you had one learning to impart to the world, what would it be?
Convert your passion into your dream role, envision the best you in 5 years and step into that vision today mentally. It changes the way you see situations and your dynamic with colleagues and staff.
